Classroom Management Plan

Classroom Management Plan

Through a series of field placement journals, I reflected on the student’s behavior, interactions, and the overall demographic. I also reflected on the teacher’s own classroom management and their overall class structure; I noted things I would and wouldn’t want to implement in my own classroom. I lastly noted the key takeaways from my observations, which is essential for actually implementing these ideas and goals into my class. Using these observations, I created a classroom management plan that includes important information like: rules and consequences, classroom layouts, and procedures. It is important to plan these elements of a classroom ahead of time so that the students know that you are prepared to teach, which allows them to be prepared to learn.
